Step 1
A few minutes about your health history and goals. No cost, no commitment.
Step 2
Depending on your state, you will either be directed to schedule a video visit when you start your subscription, or a licensed physician will review everything you submitted and prescribe without a visit. We route you automatically based on where you live — you do not have to figure it out. Either way, one physician decides whether treatment is appropriate, and at what dose.
Step 3
Once prescribed, your medication ships from a licensed US pharmacy. Your care team stays with you for dose changes and check-ins.
Every plan is reviewed and prescribed by a licensed physician — never a questionnaire alone. Depending on your state, that review happens with or without a video visit. If treatment is not right for you, we will tell you.
Your monthly price covers your physician’s care, your plan, your medication, and ongoing support — including a video visit with your physician if you would like one, with no surprise add-ons.
Your prescription is filled by a LegitScript-certified sterile 503A compounding pharmacy.
Our physician is licensed in 36 states and Washington, D.C., and we accept patients in every one of them.
Your physician
It depends on the state you live in. In some states a licensed physician reviews your health history and prescribes without a visit; in others, you meet your physician by video first. Either way, if treatment is appropriate they send a prescription to our partner pharmacy, which prepares and ships it to your door — and if it is not appropriate, they will tell you and explain why. If you would like a video visit even when your state does not require one, you can request it — it is included in your plan.
Check what my state requires →No. New Tides is a cash-pay service. Your monthly membership is the whole price, and nothing is billed to insurance.
Both are once-weekly injections that help regulate appetite and blood sugar. Tirzepatide acts on two gut hormone receptors while semaglutide acts on one. Your physician will help you choose based on your history, your goals, and how you respond.
Compounded medications are reconstituted or prepared by pharmacies for an individual patient. Because there is so much variation from patient to patient, the FDA does not review each compounded prescription for safety and effectiveness. The compounding pharmacies that prepare them are overseen by their State Board of Pharmacy and the other regulations they operate under. Your physician will discuss the risks and benefits with you.
Yes — you can pause or cancel at any time from your patient portal, with no cancellation fee. If you and your physician decide to stop treatment, they can talk you through how to do that safely.
The most common are gastrointestinal — nausea, constipation, or reflux — and they often ease as your body adjusts. Serious side effects are uncommon but possible. Your physician reviews your full history first and stays available to adjust your dose.
Take the assessment and find out whether treatment is right for you. It is free, and there is no commitment.
